Physical Address: Missouri law (RSMo §351.370) requires a physical office; P.O. Boxes are only allowed if a physical street address in the same city & zip code is also provided.
Availability: Agents must be available during normal business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) to accept hand-delivered legal notices.
Consequences: Failure to maintain an agent can lead to administrative dissolution, where the state revokes your right to operate.
