·       Withholding and sales tax only

·       Assisting with creating an online MyTax account (paper preference accepted)

·       Gathering documents and information needed to prepare & complete the filing

·       Submitting the filing and amount due

·       Setting up a payment plan if needed

·       Being your authorized representative for any issues or questions regarding the return &/or amount due (required for this service)

Monthly service costs:

• Monthly return: $25 per month + amount due

• Quarterly return: $50 per quarter + amount due

• Annual return: $50 annually + amount due

• Weekly return: $100 per month + amount due

• Zero return: $15 per return

• Miscellaneous form: Fee varies, begins at $10 per document

Note: If the Compliance Concierge Package is purchased, the retainer for this service is waived.
